Dear Friends,Many of you have followed my personal healing journey as told through my memoir, Brave New Medicine. It transformed my understanding of health and disease from conventional medicine to integrative and functional medicine. That is, moving from the symptoms and diagnoses down to the root causes and imbalances that contribute to chronic disease, and learning how to address them.
